DELIVERY TIME

Products will be delivered by express courier TNT or SDA. For available goods, Napoleoni srl Unipersonale will deliver to the Courier on the working day following receipt of the purchase order. The system will send the customer an e-mail notification after shipment. Unless unexpected delivery times in the national territory will be equal to 1-2 working days from delivery to the Courier. For locations that are difficult to reach such as mountain resorts, smaller islands, extreme suburbs, delivery times will be 5 working days.
The Customer can check the delivery status of the Products by entering his username and password in the authentication area and selecting the right column named "my account", that is, the Customer can take information by calling customer service at 800-950545 , Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
Upon receipt of the product, the Customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed. If the package is not intact or damaged, the Customer must immediately report the disputes to the courier; otherwise the Product will be considered regularly delivered.
In the absence of the customer, the courier will leave a postcard (notice of passage) with the instructions for the return within the next 72 hours. After this deadline, the package will automatically return to the warehouses of Napoleoni srl Unipersonale.
The amount of delivery costs will be indicated to the customer in the summary of the purchase order. For orders over € 90.00, delivery will be free.
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS - PROMOTIONS - GIFTS
Napoleoni srl Unipersonale may insert into the packages, or send by email, discount vouchers that can be used by the date indicated on the voucher.
The discount voucher must be entered on the order summary page and activated using the appropriate "active voucher" command. The system will update the total amount of the order net of the value of the voucher.
The coupon can be combined with other commercial initiatives exclusively in the cases in which it will be expressly indicated, otherwise it will not be possible to combine the coupon with other commercial initiatives.
The promotions on the site will start from the publication on the home page at the address shop.napoleoniglutenfree.it of the notice of the promotion itself.
The system will automatically insert the promotion in the shopping cart and, therefore, no exception can be requested to the customer support staff.
Napoleoni srl Unipersonale may send the Customers free Products. No substitution for return will be possible in relation to the Products received free from the Customer.
WARRANTIES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The products purchased from the site shop.napoleoniglutenfree.it are subject to the discipline, as far as applicable, of the articles 128 et seq. Legislative Decree 206/05 on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods.
In the presence of defects, the customer is invited to send the product to Napoleoni srl Unipersonale - Via Latina, 545 - 00178 Roma, using a choice of Corriere or the Italian Post Office, carefully packing it in the original product packaging and inserting it into its internal the "form returned defective product" correctly completed, in addition to the copy of the purchase invoice.
The replacement product will be shipped by Napoleoni srl Unipersonale only after receipt of the defective product and the documents requested above correctly completed.
In the event that the Product is no longer available, Napoleoni srl Unipersonale will proceed, by bank transfer, to the reimbursement relating to the cost indicated in the purchase order and to the first shipping costs, within 15 working days following receipt of the defective Product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 64 and ss. D. Lgs. N.206 / 05 the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The Customer must follow this simple procedure:
- a) To send to Napoleoni srl Unipersonale, within 14 working days from receipt of the Product, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the proper form correctly filled in to request by mail to shop@napoleoniglutenfree.it.
- b) Provide, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product to Napoleoni srl Unipersonale- Via Latina, 545 - 00178 Roma- carefully packed in the original packaging, inserting a copy of the registered letter inside.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal will be ineffective if the returned product is not intact, or the original packaging is missing, or due to the absence of integral elements of the product; or for damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
